Targeted Metabolic Therapy, Simplified

Cancer isn’t only a genetic disease. It is also a metabolic disease. Tumor cells rewire how they use fuel, energy and oxygen in order to grow, survive and spread. They also depend on the body around them: its blood sugar, insulin, inflammation and immune strength.

Targeted Metabolic Therapy (TMT) is built on that understanding. Instead of focusing only on the tumor, TMT works on two fronts at once: correcting the patient’s metabolism and targeting the cancer’s survival pathways.

The Three Pillars of TMT

1. Cancer metabolism
Cancer cells consume glucose and glutamine at extreme rates and depend on specific growth signals, such as insulin, IGF-1 and mTOR, to keep multiplying. Each of these dependencies is a target.

2. The tumor microenvironment
Tumors don’t grow in isolation. Chronic inflammation, poor oxygen supply, new blood vessel formation and a suppressed immune system create the conditions cancer needs to thrive. Changing that environment makes it hostile to the tumor.

3. Host metabolism
This is the part most often overlooked. Insulin resistance, high blood sugar, chronic inflammation and nutrient deficiencies don’t just affect general health. They actively feed cancer growth and weaken the body’s ability to fight it. A patient’s metabolism is part of the disease, and part of the solution.

How the TMT Algorithm Works

TMT follows a structured, step-by-step process. Every protocol is personalized, and every decision is guided by data.

Step 1: Foundations

We start by understanding the full picture: the cancer’s metabolic behavior, its microenvironment, and the patient’s own metabolic health.

Step 2: Metabolic Assessment

A comprehensive blood panel maps the patient’s metabolic terrain. It identifies the dysfunctions that may be driving the cancer and sets the baseline against which all progress is measured.

Step 3: Building the Personalized Protocol

The protocol is designed around the patient, not just the tumor:

  • Assess: account for existing conditions, medications and limitations
  • Correct: reverse the metabolic dysfunctions identified
  • Protect: support the organs and strengthen metabolic function
  • Target: act directly on cancer pathways and survival mechanisms

Step 4: Monitoring & Adjustment

Blood tests are repeated every 4 weeks. Progress is tracked against the baseline, and interventions and doses are adjusted based on the results. The protocol isn’t fixed. It evolves as the body responds.

✔ Checkpoint 1: Is the metabolism optimized?

If not, we continue correcting and monitoring. If yes, the protocol moves to the next phase.

Step 5: Intensified Anti-Cancer Phase

Once the patient’s metabolism is stabilized and the body is strong enough, the focus shifts to attacking the cancer more aggressively:

  • Expanding the protocol with additional interventions
  • Diversifying repurposed drugs to hit multiple pathways at once
  • Escalating the doses of direct anti-cancer agents

✔ Checkpoint 2: Is the cancer responding?

If not, we return to monitoring, re-optimize, and reassess. If yes, we move towards remission.

✔ Checkpoint 3: Has remission been achieved?

We look for three criteria:

  1. Clear imaging: no evidence of active disease on scans
  2. Clean blood work: normalized tumor markers and metabolic parameters
  3. Lasting change: a sustained shift in lifestyle and mindset

All three must be met. If any is missing, the cycle continues.

Step 6: Long-Term Maintenance

Remission is protected for life with maintenance doses, a lasting commitment to metabolic health, and ongoing periodic monitoring to catch any early signs of recurrence.

Why This Approach Is Different

  • It treats the patient, not just the tumor. A healthy metabolism is the foundation every other treatment builds on.
  • It is data-driven. Every adjustment is based on blood work and imaging, not guesswork.
  • It is adaptive. The protocol changes as the patient’s body and the cancer respond.
  • It is sequenced. The body is strengthened first, then the cancer is attacked, so intensity rises only when the patient can tolerate it.
  • It works alongside your medical team. TMT is designed to complement conventional treatment, not to compete with it.

⚠️ Important: What TMT Is Not

TMT is not an ivermectin or fenbendazole protocol.
Repurposed drugs can be one part of the strategy, but they are never the strategy itself. Taking a few anti-parasitic drugs on their own isn’t Targeted Metabolic Therapy.

TMT is not a magic pill or a quick fix.
No single supplement, drug or diet defeats cancer. Results come from correcting the patient’s metabolism and targeting the cancer at the same time, consistently, over months.

TMT is not a one-size-fits-all prescription.
There’s no generic list to copy from the internet or from another patient. Every protocol is built from the individual’s blood work, diagnosis, treatments and medical history, and it changes as they respond.

TMT is a strict, science-based treatment approach.
It requires a deep understanding of how it works and a high level of commitment. The protocol has to be followed completely, from head to toe:

  • Diet
  • Supplementation
  • Repurposed drugs
  • Lifestyle
  • Monitoring

No cherry-picking. Following the parts that feel easy and skipping the rest breaks the logic the protocol is built on. Every component is there for a reason, and they work because they work together.
