36-year-old female — GBM (IDH-wt, MGMT methylated, Ki-67 70%)
• 21 Aug 2016: CT — two large left fronto-parietal masses
• 24 Aug 2016: Partial resection; poor prognosis
• 12 Oct 2016: Residual 2 cm enhancing nodule
• Oct–Nov 2016: RT 59.4 Gy/33 fx + 1 cycle TMZ (120 mg x5d) → stopped for thrombocytopenia/side effects
• Nov 2016: Began oxygen–ozone + melatonin + medical cannabis
Before (Post-op Status)
❌ Residual disease & high-risk profile
• 2 cm contrast-enhancing nodule after surgery
• Standard plan would be prolonged TMZ; patient declined further chemo due to side effects
• Sought an integrative, non-toxic approach instead
Integrative Protocol (Started Nov 2016)
✅ Oxygen–Ozone (rectal): 2.5 mL/kg at 80 µg/mL
• Month 1: BID, 4 days/week → labs on day 5
• Months 2–3: Daily, 4 days/week
• Maintenance: Cycles of 3 months on / 3 months off, later 2 sessions/week
✅ Melatonin (PO): start 100 mg qHS, ↑ by 100 mg every 4 days → up to 2 g/day
✅ Medical Cannabis:
• Start: Bedrolite 50 mg QID (CBD 9%, THC 0.4%) + Bedrocan 100 mg QID (THC 22%)
• Titrated over ~2 years to 1–5 g/day each; later Bedrolite 100 mg QID during O₃ breaks, 50 mg QID during O₃ cycles

• O₂–O₃ → oxidative preconditioning, Nrf2/redox balance, potential synergy with therapies ⚙️
No significant side effects reported across follow-up. 📈
