This case involves a 37-year-old woman diagnosed with peritoneal mesothelioma, a rare and aggressive abdominal cancer. After undergoing surgical debulking and chemotherapy, her CT scan dated February 28, 2025, showed residual ascitic fluid pockets—a sign that cancer activity may persist.
