By enrolling in a monitoring package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Commitment

1. While a minimum of 6 months is recommended for optimal results, all monthly Guided Metabolic Therapy packages (Email-Only Monitoring, Priority, Priority + Monthly Calls, and Combined Care) are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Committing to the full 6 months is encouraged to give the protocol time to work.

2. Payment and Package Cancellation

1. Payments are charged automatically on the same date each billing cycle.
2. Failure to complete the monthly payment by the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your package and all associated benefits (e.g., call access, WhatsApp messaging, email support).
3. If your package is canceled for non-payment and you wish to re-join, you will be required to book a new Initial Consultation and enroll in a package from scratch.

3. Communication and Response Times

1. For the Email-Only Monitoring package, please expect answers to your emails within 24–72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. For Priority, Priority + Monthly Calls, and Combined Care packages, WhatsApp messages and emails receive a fast response within 24 hours. Time-sensitive matters (e.g., post-lab updates) may be escalated for faster turnaround as described in each package.

5. Conventional Treatment Disclosure

1. Email-Only Monitoring, Priority, and Priority + Monthly Calls are not intended for patients undergoing conventional treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or similar); patients in this situation must enroll in Combined Care instead.
2. Concealing or failing to disclose concurrent conventional treatment will result in immediate cancellation of the package, with no refund.
